HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING ?

DO I NEED TO START THE RENTAL OF THE STORAGE UNIT ON THE SAME DAY OF SIGNING UP ?
Not necessarily. You may choose your preferred date, within 1 month from the day you sign up, to start the rental of the Storage Unit, subject to availability and first come first serve basis.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK A STORAGE UNIT ?
You may reserve the Storage Unit for as early as 1 month in advance when a 1 month deposit is placed. Please feel free to contact our Customer Service Staff for more enquiry.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM PERIOD OF STORAGE ?
Store Asia offers a minimum storage period of 1 month.
WHEN CAN I ACCESS MY STORAGE UNIT ?
You can access your unit 24 hours, 7 days a week, all year round.
WHAT ARE THE MODES OF PAYMENT ?
Payment can be made via Cheque, Bank Transfer, Paypal (Credit/Debit card), PayNow or Cash at our office.
IS THERE ANY INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR MY STORED ITEMS ?
Yes, there is a small premium for the compulsory insurance coverage of $1000. Higher coverage are available at affordable monthly premium.
WHAT DOES THE INSURANCE COVER AND WHAT IS THE EXCESS ?
The insurance cover against fire, lightning and/or extraneous perils (which include water damage except for damage due to condensation; theft resulting from forcible entry and other perils listed in the storage insurance terms and conditions).
The excess is $250 & exclusion apply.
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT ?
The purpose of the security deposit is to protect both the user's and Store Asia's legal interests. As long as the storage unit is returned to Store Asia in its original state and the Storer's account is cleared of any over-due payment, the security deposit will be refunded in full. Processing of refund will be within 60 days.
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE DOOR ACCESS CARD DEPOSIT ?
The purpose of the deposit is to cover the cost of replacing the lost card if such a case arises. As long as the door access card is returned to Store Asia in its original state, the deposit will be refunded in full. Processing of refund will be within 60 days.

WHAT DOCUMENT IS REQUIRED FOR PERSONAL REGISTRATION ?
NRIC for Singapore Citizen/ Passport for Permanent Citizen or Foreigner.
DO YOU HAVE TROLLEYS/ LADDERS TO ASSIST IN MOVING OF MY ITEMS ?
Yes. Both trolleys and ladders are provided for free usage and are located at convenient points with the facility.
DOES STORE ASIA PROVIDE MOVING AND PACKING SERVICES ?
As of now, Store Asia does not provides such services. However, you may ask our Office for a list of 3rd Party Vendors.
DOES STORE ASIA PROVIDE REMOVAL SERVICES ?
No. However, disposable bins are located conveniently outside the lift which is just opposite our facilities. For bulky items, please arrange for your own disposal service company. Or you can contact the building's management MCST office for assistance.
DOES STORE ASIA SELL ANY PADLOCKS ?
Yes. You may purchase it upon registration.
WHAT ARE PROHIBITED IN STORE ASIAS' FACILITIES?
Explosives or flammable liquids
Illegal/ Stolen goods
Any other items prohibited by Law, Insurer or any Government agency/ authority
No commercial or industrial activities or any other activities that may cause nuisance (in the form of noise, dust, odor, hazardous chemicals) to the residents
HOW LONG IS THE NOTICE PERIOD IF I WISH TO TERMINATE THE RENTAL ?
Store Asia only requires 14 days’ notice of your intention to vacate your space before the agreed rental period. Notice must be given in writing to our office.
